Hi everyone,
Got a Jaws question. I've been trying to put words into the dictionary
manager. I can put the word in and I can put in the pronunciation I want
for that word. I can even hit the okay button but when I go to save it,
Jaws gives me the following error message. You do not have a profile in
which to write this file. Please select a custom directory where this file
can be written. That's followed with an okay button. Now when I go to pick
a directory and write the file, I've tried to put that file in several
places but the word is still pronounced incorrectly. In fact, when I go to
rewrite that word into the dictionary, it acts like I never put it in there
in the first place and I get the same error message as before. So what
gives? I know someone's got the answer.
