Re: wireless network signal strength?

In the network adapter properties on the general page there are some
check-boxes.  One makes the adapter always show up in the tray.  You
will also need tooltips to be spoken in your verbosity settings.

I suppose xp home (I use pro) could be different in what it shows but
that would really surprise me.
