It is?  No kidding?  Very confusing.
Let's see, I use JAWS to navigate lots of programs and they don't always 
respond perfectly with JAWS.
On those occasions I find it helpful to ping this list to get  guidance and 
tips from other listers.
I expect it is a balancing act to monitor list traffic but sometimes a 
little tolerance might be a good thing, FWIW.
