Hello, The below is an email i just sent to fs, that i thought i'd post here hoping someone else might have some input on this. Thanks. Dave. Hello, I'm running jfw10 and xp. I'm wanting to go msn messenger, yet i can't find it and am informed i have to get something called live messenger. This is proving problematic and frustrating given that i can't navigate the site. Jfw is coming up with something called application mode on when i navigate by headings then down arrow to read. I have to unvirtualize to break out. The specific address is: http://windowslive.com/Desktop/messenger I have managed to download windows live messenger, yet it's installer is not accessible either, it says i have to pick components that i want to install, yet jfw won't recognize the list box of components and won't tell me which are checked or unchecked, i don't want to install all of windows live essentials, which slow the system down and which i'll never use just to get messenger. Are there workarounds for these issues? Failing this is there a way to get Windows messenger, not the live version? I've read it's suppose to be on xp, i'm running xpsp3 and am not seeing it. Thanks.
