Since the list isn't representative of every JFW user out there, I have to ask. Have you already contacted FS support? Seeing as you're apparently the only person on the list, at least of the ones who've spoken up, having this issue, I'd give that some thought. Might not be a quick response, but you may not be the first one to bring it to their attention.
