While you are in "Windows Live Mail": Go to the view menu, columns. In here you can "Hide" "show" columns you want, don't want. It also gives you the option to "Move up", Move Down" selected columns to arrange the screen when reading your email. From: stephen faill Sent: Monday, March 29, 2010 9:46 AM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: windows live mail question hello list. i am running windows 7 ultimate, jaws 11 and have a question regarding windows live mail. when i have mail, generally a list of more than one, i arrow down through the list, but jaws doesn't react the way i am used to with the likes of outlook express. when i press the delete key on any of the messages, jaws doesn't announce that the message has been deleted, and it doesn't automatically go to the next message on the list. also, the way that the message is read is different and to be honest it is quite annoying. the sender is firstly spoken, then when the message was recieved and then lastly what the subject line is. is there a way of removing when the message was recieved, or at least is there a way to change the order of what is spoken? i.e. the sender, the subject line and then lastly the date recieved? any help is appreciated here. regards. stephen faill
