As far as I know you just send an email with the subject subscribe in =
the
subject line to the same email address that you do for unsubscribing  =20

For email use hugh.megarry@xxxxxxxxxxxx=20
For M S N use hughmegarry@xxxxxxxxxxx
For Skype use hugh.megarry
