My friend has a problem of accessing Norton Internet Security 2007. It
isn't listed in the SystemTray. Therefore he can't Disable or enable
Norton Internet Security whenever the need arises. Is there a solution?

Hi, Francis.
First, please put the JFW Free List address in your "To" line so that
your messages go in the mail boxes we designate for JAWS list messages.
As for the system tray, deletion is pretty easy. Press the right-click
key, immediately to the left of the right-hand control key, and arrow
down until you encounter "Delete." But don't delete any item in the
system tray until you are sure of the consequences.
As for adding an item to the system tray, you need to tell the list which
application you have in mind.
