Hey, thanks, that did the trick. I've always wanted to know how to do this, that's why I really appreciate this list. As much as I know about jaws and/or windows, I enjoy learning new tips and tricks. Thanks guys.

While in that dropdown make sure the hide inactive icons is checked.

Then you should see the customize button
