Hi Craig.
Downloading things is not so difficult when you get the hang of it.
If you wish, perhaps I can be of some help. Do you have broadband, or high speed internet service? If so, you can be on the phone and on the computer simultaneously. We could get together by phone and I could guide you through a few downloads to help you understand the dialogs that are involved, and to find where your downloads go. In the beginning of my download experience I would download something, then go muttering through all sorts of folders on the hard drive looking for it. Funny now, but not at the time. Lois
