No. But SendSpace  http:''www.sendspace.com is pretty easy to learn to use
with Jaws. As you might expect, you do have to spend a little time exploring
the main page so you know how to skip around it using your various keyboard
commands, and you have to learn how to do the upload correctly, again taking
particular care because of Jaws, but it's quite doable and becomes easy once
you're familiar with it.
