Subject: what in verbosity makes it say "bottom of file"

I have tried all different things but I'm wanting jaws to tell me when I'm on the last item or when it's at "bottom of file" as it used to. I've checked and unchecked different things I thought would do this but can't seem to get it to work. Am using both 5.10 and 6.20 and XP home; problem occurs in both jaws versions. Thanks.
