I am having problem visiting this site

Its a chinese website. But I think language is not a problem here. Whenever
I go into this page, jaws becomes stutter or speech is lost for a lengthy time.
Most time I have to reboot my computer. I have this probolem for about a week
now and I suspect that some designs in the page have just been changed.
Another blind friend told me he has encountered the same problem. We both
couldn't figured what the problem is.
Any advice would be very much appreciated!
