web vism. what it is, where you get it, how you inwtall it

I believe I understand that web vism is supposed to defeat a visual  CAPTCHA 
in some way. I believe you must use Firefox as your browser in order to take 
advantage of its capability, though I don't know how it achieves this. I 
don't know if it's an application or a Firefox add-on, or how to obtain  and 
install it.

I don't know how you use it, once installed. replying off list would be 
fine, if this subject has been too discussed already on the list, even 
though I missed it. Thank you.
