Hi.
I just wanted to report something interesting,
at least to me.
I have been struggling trying to get jfw 6 to run under
windows 2003 enterprise.
jfw kept having a problem installing the video intercept.
I called fs tech support several times,
and finally got the info to remove the dcm hooks or chain.
I then tried to reinstall jfw, with the same bad results.
In desperation, I downloaed a demo copy of windoweyes 5.0 pro.
Much to my surprise, when I installed it, it worked perfectly
right out of the box.
no problems.
Now, if gwmicro can get the video dcm stuff right,
why not fs?
so, since I absolutely have to have access to the
server for my job, i'll have to buy windoweyes
after just spending $400 on upgrading jfw and buying the
remote access option.
