Kirsten, yes I would. They make life a lot easier, turning the ribbons into
a menu structure.

Thanks all - it worked fine! 
At the moment I have the virtual ribbons off - would you recommend I turn
them on? 
I have MS2007
And am used to the way it worked in j11, would putting on virtual ribbons
just confuse me?

if you have jaws 11 on your machine then just follow the prompts for
activatting and where it says to enter your access code it should already be
in there.
