If you install JAWS 12 to a computer with JAWS 7 already installed, the edit field for the code should auto-populate with the code, since it's in your registry. If/when it does, copy and paste it to a text file somewhere where you can find it later, should you ever need to start from scratch. Alternative is to call Freedom Scientific and give them your JAWS serial number, and they should be able to look up your 20-character code and give over the phone.
