You can escape from that by hitting the escape key. That's all, escape key.

Subject: virtual buffer

I am using the keystrokes of control + insert + w to copy to contents of an
error dialogue box to the virtual buffer. The question I have is what are the
ways to get out of it. The only way I was able to get out of it was to almost
exit jaws by alt + f4 and then hitting the esc key. I am assuming there is
better ways to get out of this.

I am using 7.1 on an XP home system with all the updates.

Thanks for all the help.
