using windows xp, open my computer, go to tools, go to files and folders, tab to the tree view and down arrow. all the options are there. If you didn't find the tree under view in folder options in .9x, something is radically rong with your system. ----- Original Message ----- From: "golden" <golden89@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, December 07, 2003 9:20 PM Subject: Re: viewing hidden files greetings Try this. 1. alt-v to go to view menu. 2. arrow up to folder options and hit enter. 3. ctrl-tab once to view page. 4. tab twice to folders/files treeview. 5. type "h" once to "show hidden files" and arrow down to make your selection. Hope this helps. golden ----- Original Message ----- From: Allison Mervis <mervisallison@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: jfwlist <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, December 06, 2003 8:21 PM Subject: viewing hidden files > Hi all! > I need to know the procedure for viewing hidden files.
