Hi Steve,

It is hitting all Dell computers.  Microsoft Update is sending a video 
display driver update, redefining how the video resolution is set.  JAWS 
doesn't like that.  I've turned off Automatic Updates before it arrives 
here, but it affected my wife's computer at home last night.  I did a System 
Restore to go back the prior day and then told JAWS to update the video 
intercept.  It worked.  You will need Narrator if you cannot see the screen.
