There are two possibilities here:
1) When you upgraded to version 5.10 from your last version, did you do a
settings merge? If not, and if at all possible, you might try doing this.
2) If you're in an application that has Jaws scripts, you might try
recompiling the scripts and see if you have better luck. Let us know if you
need help with this.
