Quite possible even if new function have been interduced you can =
interduce
the new function in to older versions of jaws by copying them from the
default file in to the script file you are ripping. An example of this =
as I
said the other day is the virtualized window feature. It was not in jaws
4.02 but in jaws 4.5 with some ripping and updating you can interduce =
these
features in to older jaws version. Another example was under 4.5 msn 5
support was added moving these scripts to jaws 4.02 worked just fine a =
small
update was needed I do not remember any more what needed to be changed =
but
it was possible. Now if you are wondering if taking these scripts and
putting them in to jaws 5.0.621 and making msn 6 work forget it. As I =
have
said hook changes were needed to get these versions to work with jaws =
and
you can not mix and match dll files. You will get a gpf if you try. Hth =

Maybe, but not likely, since newer versions of JAWS introduce scripting=20
features that were not available in previous versions. Much easier to =
user=20
old scripts on a new version than new scripts on an old version.
