Hi I'm also using Windows XP Home
with Jaws 8.0.422. My problem is the way they have the account summary layed out. It is very confusing to me. I liked it better with the old format. also should you turn on or off popup help? In the old format when your overdraft was exercised it would show and now it does not show and I have to just watch the balances to see if it went into over draft protection or not or just check my credit card to see if there is a balance showing. If you can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Hi, what problems are you having? I use the BOA web site to do my banking and I don't have any problems. I'm using Windows XP Home with Jaws 8.0.422. Please be specific and we'll see what we can do to resolve the problems. HTH, Norma
