Dorothy,
First of all, Zone Alarm is a firewall, not an anti-SPAM program. Secondly,
if you want to delete everything in the deleted email folder, while in your
inbox, click on the "Edit" menu and scroll down to "Empty the deleted items
folder" and enter on it. You will be asked if you really want to empty
everything in that folder. Just click the Yes button, and Voila! You're
done.
