used external speech synthasizer

I'm looking for a used speech synthasizer to use with jaws when I am
working on other people's computers; does anyone have such a thing or know
where I can obtain one?? I don't want to buy a new one because I'll
probably not use it much; doesn't matter what kind, anything will do.
