Hi Michael,

If you'll look at any regular post to the list (one that has a message in 
it, maybe even this one now that I've written something in the message 
area), you'll find a series of instructions below the messages themselves. 
Among these is an instruction how to unsubscribe.  You may not have read to 
the bottom of list posts to where these helpful instructions appear.
