Hi. I can not seem to find a way to permanently turn off 8-dot mode within jfw using an Alva 544. it isn't really 8-dot mode, but when I am in outlook, the info is marked with dots 7 and 8.
I can go into jaws manager, and then to adjust Braille options, and turn off mark with dots 7 and 8. but I can't seem to find a way to save it. then next time I go into outlook, it is back on.I have looked everywhere I can think of, including in configuration manager under Braille options, but didn't see anything that would help.
