toolbars in ie7 and 8?

Hi all,
using jaws 10.1154 and earlier versions I get the below at the top of web pages.
When using window eyes in its default settings I don't get any of this.
how can jaws be made to not speak this like window eyes?
toolbar refresh f5
search alt plus enter to search in a new tab button
toolbar favourites
