Just to set your mind at ease, I just sent FS another message to remind them
of the problems, in case my first message and first phone calls did not sink
in. I believe in saturation bombing to get some attention.

to those on this list having issues with the latest jaws update i
would encourage yall to call in to to fs technical support as i have
done u see i had a issue with ie 9 and jfw causing ie 9 to crash, and
i was able to get my problem resolved. again i would encourage any one
on this list to call fs if you'all have any issues with the latest
update for jfw. jfw 12.0.1158. i promise they wont bite yall for
calling as tech support is apart of a jaws liscense.
