That's how it usually is. Installing a program really isn't hard to do.
I'll tell ya, once I learned how to install things it was great to not have
to rely on some computer tech to do everything. When i was first starting
out I was probably a lot more careful than i needed to be but at the time
you aren't sure.
So once you learn, a whole bunch of new stuff is open to you. and JAWS
makes it easy.
