the response I recieved from etrust

this is a copy of the email I sent to etrust and the response I recieved.  I 
went to the site today and had no problems reading it. It the only site I was 
having trouble with yesterday.
I am having trouble reading you web site or accessing any of information on it 
this wasnt a problem when iI went there to log in to my account and check
the time remaining on my subscription. I also have been told by a number of 
friends that the latest version of etrust antivirus software isnt very 
with a screen readereither. I would appreciate it if this problem were 
addressed and corrected.
