the "Find" function in MS Word

Can someone explain to me how Jaws works with the Edit/Find... find text dialogue box in MS Word 2003? How do you navigate to the various results scattered all through out the body of the text. In IE you can press F3 once you've done a find word command and the cursor jumps to every consecutive appearance of that word. Is there a way to do this in MS Word? It doesn't appear entirely obvious to me.
Thanks for your help,
Tim Elder
