Jim,
As David said, this is not a JAWS issue and that is why I asked you to write
privately; however, since you didn't, here are the step by step instructions
to get rid of all the headers in a forwarded E-mail in Outlook Express.
1. Open the E-mail and press control+f to forward it.
2. Type in the E-mail address of the person you want to send it to.
3. Tab down to the edit field of the E-mail.
4. Down arrow to the beginning of the actual E-mail message that you are
forwarding.
5. Press the home key to make sure you are at the beginning of the line.
6. Press the control+shift+home keys to select all the header garbage that
is above the actual E-mail message.
7. Press the delete key.
8. You should be at the very beginning of the actual E-mail message. This is
where you want to inform the person you are sending the E-mail that you have
forwarded them the below message.
9. Now, if the E-mail that you are forwarding is forwarded from someone
else, do the following:
a. down arrow to where the beginning of all the headers start, which is at
the end of the message that you are forwarding.
b. press the home key to make sure you are at the beginning of the line.
c. press control+shift+home to highlight your message and the message you
are forwarding.
d. Press control+x to cut the E-mail message to the clipboard.
e. down arrow to the beginning of the text from that E-mail.
f. repeat steps 5 through 7 from above.
g. press control+v to paste the E-mail message that you cut to the clipboard
to the forwarded E-mail.
h. repeat steps a through g if there are any more forwarded headers that you
want to delete.
If you want anymore help with this, please write me privately so not to clog
up the list.
Chuck
