What do you mean from PC to PC, you can't do that, if you get a new PC, you
lose another authorization with the new system. If you, like me have a
desktop PC and a laptop PC, you start out with 3, you authorize those 2
computers, now I have 1 left, if I now have a problem with this computer or
decide to put the new ILM authorization on my ham radio desk computer, I'm
out of luck should I buy a new PC unless I have the count reset and I think
they'll only do it once free or something from what I was told so basically,
my ham radio desk computer is staying at 5.1 for good with the quella
authorization so I keep 1 extra key and my old way of a new computer every
couple years is going to have to stop here I guess.
