I don't know where to find the about box but I have jaws pro and I
downloaded the update from the jaws help menue. I'll try doing the things

Just for clarification can you give me the exact
Version of Jaws from the about box? Also befor you use CTRL + f make sure
that the virtual cursor is active. Use alt + delete to verify this.

web site and I still couldn't use the find function control f, I needed to
use the jaws find. Is everyone having this problem?
