start with eliquence: what does this mean?

Hi all. I know this is very basic, so pardon my question for being so
elementry but what does the option start jaws with eliquence mean? I'm just
taking a guess, but does it mean if you have more than one synth that
eliquence is the one that will always start with jaws? Thanks!
