For me, both 1.2 and 1.3 would not come up with first letter navigation
umnder Start, Programs. However, If I navigated to the other items
beginning with 'S' and down arrowed, spyBot was actually there.
I also found items which SpyBot seemed unable to destroy.

I try to install spybot 1.3 but it doesn't work well.
First, it takes me to a full scan, it tells: "scan progress..."
and I see that it can't complete successfully this scan but I can not
go to the menu and try to fix these problems.
I used spybot 1.2 without any problems and I know tu use it.
Second, I can not see in the spybot icons on the start\programss. I can
see the icon only on the desktop.
I sure use spybot for the blind users.
Can someone tell me what can I do now?
