spam blocker

Hi all,

I was away since the first of February and just got back. In my inbox of o.e. I 
found a ton of Spam.

I have Norton latest but if there is a Spam filter there I cannot find it. I 
have verizon fios, win xp and the latest jaws.

Please, how can I stop this junk from coming in,
