Hi Judith. I'm just learning to use Sonic My DVD. I found out I can use it to backup files and folders on my external hard drive. I haven't used it yet to make a DVD or CD so I don't think I can help. However, I have noticed that some dialogs and messages that come up can make Sonic seem to stop responding. You need to read the bottom portion of the screen with the Jaws cursor to get the message. Then you might need to go back to the PC cursor and tab around for the cancel button.
I'll mess with the burner part of the program and see if I can work it out. Are you making data or audio disks?

I know I've asked this before but someone out there has to have information that will allow me to use the Sonic CD writer on my computer. I've spent countless hours along with the instructions by the teck who garenteed me that "everyone" had this program. I can't get it to work for me. I can provide the keystrokes that are supposed to get it to work but the first screen that comes up doesn't allow me to use these instructions.
