Are you on a network system like a local area network? This would mean that
you don't have full administrator rights.

I noticed when I go into the properties for jfw 11 there is no place where I
can type in the short cut key I would like. Why is this?
I get a bunch of property sheets such as general, security etc. Thoughts?
