FS has not expressed any interest in adding a captcha solving feature to JAWS.  
Perhaps they are afraid of infringing on Webvisum's proprietary captcha solving 
process.

  You know. It will be a great feature if captcha solution could be added to 
jaws. That would make jaws a step beyond what the competition offers. Also, it 
will add value to our money. In fact, I will trade research it (even though I 
use it a lot) for that little widget.

  Unfortunately, unless the situation has changed recently, there is no human 
being at the end of the process.  The gentleman who was doing the solving 
became ill, and the service is not functioning.  It would be worth checking 
from time to time though to see if it becomes available again.
