Hi,
One loophole: Under Config manager, if you press CTRL+Shift+D then change
your setting, it'll affect ALL apps. The closest thing for Bill's situation
would be what Bill himself described - using specific config file under
specific program.

no, this sleep mode in advanced settings is not, I repeat, not a universal
setting. Once you leave the application, JAWS speech will return.

INSERT+SPACEBAR, S. When using this keystroke, you must first press and

I have to wonder if this was a quick fix to focus problems with the config
manager setting.

I suggest using insert, spacebar and S to toggle on and off Jaws. I think FS
did away with sleep mode and trying to initialize it left me talking to
myself. This is probably documented in what's new for Jaws 11, but those
guys don't write tight.
