Hi, Mike. I did try the virtual cursor and I still got the error message. I've been able to look at text using the virtual cursor on some sites but lately it's been a problem. When I first shopped on the Albertsons website, I had this problem too. I had to keep calling customer service to have them do the checkout for me but that wasn't the purpose of going to computer classes. I ended up using my pin code butnow Albertsons is going the way of other sites--credit card information. I'm not able to upgrade to Jaws 7 right now because money's tight. I do have a Jaws 5.0 disk I could upgrade to but no authorization disk for it. When my parents helped me get Jaws 4.51, an upgrade of 5.0 came with it too but no authorization disk. I guess I could try the demo version of Jaws 7 and see if that works. I never shopped on the amazon website years ago but I did hear that it used to be really good. You could get around in it with no problem. Thank you for your help. Rosemarie ----- Original Message ----- From: Michael G. You want to be sure that you're entering in appropriate information in the correct fields. Sometimes the HTML on the site can be kind of screwy and the fields are labled incorrectly. It's possible that the credit card information you're entering isn't going into the correct field. This might not be any fault of your own; it could just be a problem with the HTML like I mentioned. Instead of using the TAB key to move from field to field, try looking at everything with your virtual cursor first so that you can be certain that everything is labeled correctly. You also want to double check that you're using the correct format for the data you're entering. For example, when you're reading the page with your virtual cursor, look for small notes that are near to the fields that tell you what format you should enter your information in. Sometimes they'll say to not include dashesin credit card numbers, or perhaps they'll tell you to enter in an expiration date in a certain way. Nowadays, you'll often see forms that tell you to enter dates in mm/dd/yyyy format. I'm not familiar with this site you're referring to so I can't give you specific directions, but these are some things you'd want to look at. Another suggestion is you might want to seriously consider upgrading to a newer version of Jaws if it's within your financial means. Freedom Scientific has made many enhancements as far as web browsing goes. Until this Amazon.com fiasco came about, I've rarely come across a web site that wasn't accessible. Try downloading the demo of Jaws 7.0 and see if it allows you to access this web site any better. I'll post this question one more time. Has anybody ever shopped on line with National Braille Press? Right now I don't think I'll ever shop online again because I'm having so many bad experiences. First I had trouble with the Albertsons website, then Amazon, now it's National Braille Press. The problem I'm having with different websites is when I go to fill out the checkout form, the computer gives me an error message saying that the information isn't right--and I know it is. Tonight I even tried to order the book I wanted for the third or fourth time and I still got that same error message! I don't know what to do anymore! I've had it! Please give me some helpfull suggestions! Rosemarie
