setting up parrental controls

Hi,
Does anyone have experience setting up parental controls on their computers?
Using windows 7 64 bit pro and jaws 12, when I click on time limits, there
is apparently a grid where I can pick the time for the use of the computer
but I cannot seem to access the time to pick. All I am hearing are the days
of the week and I can only check the days.
Can someone help?
