Crystal, Easy to fix. Go to the keyboard manager and in the right pane look for the reply directly to sender keystroke, which is JAWS+Shift+r. Since I use the laptop layout on my desktop keyboard, this one doesn't work. So I changed it (use Ctrl+h to open the change dialog). I changed it to Insert+Shift+R by using the insert key in the six-pack area. Now either of the insert keys plus shift and r will do it. But, thanks for the tip on finding the email address of the sender. I had, in fact, tried using the insert+shift+r keystroke, but that seems to be broken in version 11. Crystal
