Any possibility that your window is not maximized? Almost sounds like your
lines are wrapping until they encounter a line break.

Subject: selection problem with latest build of JAWS 10
Hi listers,
I am using the latest build of JAWS 10, which is 10.0.1154 and I am
noticing a problem when I am selecting lines of text in Microsoft Word. If I
put my cursor at the beginning of a line and hold down the Shift key and
press Down Arrow, JAWS reports that that the entire line is selected, which
is exactly what I want. Then, if I cursor down again, JAWS only reports that
part of the next line is selected, then I have to cursor down again to get
the rest of the line.
As I keep cursoring down, the same problem persists. I don't ever
remember such a thing happening in any earlier version of JAWS, including
the first 2 builds of JAWS 10.
Can anyone enlighten me on this???
