Judith, When asked how you want to save the address book, choose comma separated values and then choose by name ( forth choice down in that combo box ) not first name, but just name. If you do it this way you'll be able to open your address book where ever you save it and read it in a very easy to read text. The import and export are very easy to do this way too. Hope this helps. Now what? Tahnks, Judith ----- Original Message ----- From: Whitefang To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, December 22, 2005 11:30 PM Subject: selecting address book, re-modified Hi: 1. Open the addressbook by hitting alt for the menu, then go to tools and arrowing down to to addressbook and hit enter. 2. Next, hit alt-f for files, then arrow down to export, press enter. 3. Select addressbook from the list, then press enter 4. Type in a filename, then tab once for file type and select either .wab or plain text. 5. Next tab to where you make your selection for where you want the file to be exported too, and make your selection. 6. Next tab to save and press enter. This should do it..
