Like you, for me, it is very easy, but for some folks, especially those who
may not be as advanced on the web as others, it can be cumbersome for them.
For those who are having difficulty, you may not be able to see everything
if you don't have a log-in and password. You first get one from Customer
Service, these two long numbers for your user name and password. Once you
log in with it, you can change it to whatever you want, and you should find
the site much more friendly.
