running Jaws 10 as a service under Vista

Hi,
I am probably going to show my ignorance about Vista here but...
Is it possible to run Jaws as a service under Vista? Or, is it even needed
since it doesn't seem to be available?
Under XP I ran Jaws as a service all the time. I do not see the choice
under Vista.
