run function

hi,
di the following:
1. start/settings/taskbar and start menu press enter.
2. there is 2 tab
taskbar tab
start menu tab
go to start menu tab.
3. make sure it is set to "classic start menu".
4. press tab once, you will hear "customize..." hit spacebar to open.
5. now, you press tab until you hear "start menu setting, 3 view"
6. now, arrow down until u hear "display run" if it is off, hit spacebar to on
it.
then press apply.
you are set.
